The terms and conditions listed here are applicable to all users of www.oisoioi.dk. They apply to all transactions and visits made on our general webshop. Special conditions apply to resellers with access to the reseller shop - B2B shop. Check these conditions by logging in (resellers only). Or write to us at info@oisoioi.com.

We make reservations for sold-out items, backorders, misprints and price changes.

We always endeavour to reproduce our products as they look in real life. However, we reserve the right that colours shown in images on the website may differ from the actual colour of a product, depending on your computer and monitor.

All agreements entered into with Oi Soi Oi webshop are entered into in Danish, and as a result, these terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with Danish law. Danish law applies to any legal disputes. Misuse of the website will be prosecuted.

Copyright

The copyright to all content on www.oisoioi.com, including images, logos, catalogues, etc. belongs to Oi Soi Oi.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us on oisoioi.dk and oisoioi.com, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Oi Soi Oi ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer data in encrypted form.

We do not transmit customer data in encrypted form.

Information submitted to oisoioi.dk and oisoioi.com is in no way passed on or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

As registered with Oi Soi Oi ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Oi Soi Oi ApS via e-mail info@oisoioi.com.

Secure data transfer

Data you send in connection with purchases paid for by payment card are encrypted (SSL) and only Nets can read them.

Neither Oi Soi Oi nor others have the opportunity to read your data, and they are at no time stored in our data system.

When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing the order.

The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are dispatched from Oi Soi Oi. You can never be charged more than the amount you have authorised at the time of purchase.

Payment and prices

In our webshop you can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are dispatched. You can never be charged more than the amount you have authorised at the time of purchase.

There is no charge for payment.

All prices are stated in DKK on oisoioi.dk and EURO on oisoioi.com including 25% VAT. The shipping costs are added to the order upon order approval. See shipping prices under SHIPPING & DELIVERY.

When you shop from outside the EU, you do not have to pay Danish VAT. Our system automatically deducts this. For parcels to countries outside the EU, local VAT costs, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient and must be paid before the parcel can be released by local customs. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local customs office.

Orders

When you shop at Oi Soi Oi, the agreement is concluded in Danish.

To shop at Oi Soi Oi, you must be at least 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.

How to shop at Oi Soi Oi:

1. find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping basket. Then go to the checkout.
2. enter your own address and any other delivery address
3. Select the delivery method.
4. Check if the information you have entered is correct and approve your order and our delivery conditions.
5. enter your payment details and authorise. Your order is now finalised and transferred to our system.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
We will dispatch your item(s) within 2-3 days.

From the date of receipt, you have a 14-day right of return. When you make use of this, you must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, i.e. in its original packaging and unused.

If the goods are visibly damaged in transit, you must reject the parcel upon receipt. If the damage occurred during shipment, the item will be exchanged free of charge.

Once we have received your return and approved it, we will then refund your credit for the product, not the shipping, to your account within a few days.

Complaints

If you wish to complain about a product, please write to info@oisoioi.com - stating the purchase data and the reason for the complaint. Please include a picture of the item where it appears what is being complained about. We always endeavour to return all enquiries as soon as possible, but it may take 1-2 working days.
