SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In Denmark we use GLS and PostNord.

We always endeavour to dispatch your goods within one working day, but as we are sometimes very busy, we promise to dispatch parcels within 2-3 working days. However, timely delivery requires that UPS, PostNord and GLS comply with day-to-day delivery.

Oi Soi Oi cannot be held responsible for delays at UPS, PostNord and GLS. In the event of very late deliveries or no deliveries at all, we will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

If we receive the parcel back due to incorrectly stated address, we charge 10 Euro or in Denmark DKK 49 in shipping and administration fees to resend the parcel. This is regardless of the order falling within the free shipping limit.

You have the following options for shipping in Denmark

GLS to company address 39,00 kr.
GLS Pakkeshop 39,00 kr.

If you buy for more than DKK 1000, we will send your goods free of charge*.

*) Exceptions to this are larger items that must be sent by carrier. We will contact you.

Pick-up at our warehouse

For collection at our warehouse - Damsholtevej 23, 2970 Hørsholm – Denmark, you must first write or call to make an appointment. Call or write to our customer service on: +45 4848 2070 or shop@oisoioi.com As we only have an office and warehouse at this address, you cannot pick up your ordered goods without prior appointment.

INTERNATIONAL

For shipments internationally, we use UPS.
Sweden, Finland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland - 25 EUR/FREE
Norway, Switzerland, UK, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Greece - 45 EUR/65 EUR

All orders are invoiced with local VAT, except for Norway, UK and Switzerland which are invoiced without VAT are and delivered for local custom clearance.
