Why haven't I received my order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation, it could mean one of several things:
1. Either your order has not been approved and therefore not completed - you will not receive a confirmation of the purchase.
2. Check if the order confirmation is in your spam filter in your email inbox
3. If you still haven't received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at email@example.com
When will I receive my order?
We always strive to ship your items within one business day. However, as we are sometimes very busy, we promise to ship packages within 2-3 business days.
Which carrier do you ship with?
As a customer, you can choose whether you want to use GLS or Post Nord, and you choose the prices for the different delivery methods when you place your order.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes!!! For pick-up at our warehouse, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us +45 4848 2070 - and make an appointment.
Our address is Damsholtevej 23, 2970 Hørsholm, Denmark
As we only have an office and warehouse at this address, unfortunately you cannot pick up your ordered goods without prior appointment.
